1. Donations

All donations made to OLGA are voluntary contributions supporting ministry activities.

2. Refunds

As a general policy:

• Donations are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate transactions

• Demonstrable payment error

Requests must be submitted in writing via the Contact Us form within 14 days of the transaction.

3. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

• All payments are charged in AUD currency.

• OLGA does not store full credit card details.

• We are not responsible for third-party processing failures.

• We are not responsible for any processing fees as a result of your chosen payment methods.

4. Online Store

• Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

• Physical goods will comply with Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Nothing excludes statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
